Warranties: All products Quality Health Products, Inc. carries a specific manufacturers warranty. For a specific products warranty, please contact us at

It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect the delivery of products for any damage. The buyer must note any shipping damage on the delivery receipt before signing. The buyer has the right to refuse any delivery if damage is obvious.
At Quality Health Products, Inc., we take pride in providing our customers fast, professional service and support. As always, we will do our best to assist you in any warranty claims or problems relating to your purchase.
Shipping
We ship in the United States and the United States territories ONLY
We ship UPS and FED-EX on "Business days(Monday thru Friday)" only. If you require Saturday delivery, please call our office at 800-834-7058for additional charges.
PA Residents: Our processing system does not add tax to the freight billed. Please add 6% to the freight amount for a total amount due. Please provide us with a valid email address so that we may forward you the final amount billed upon processing your order.
Ohio Residents: Due to the structure of the Ohio Sales Tax program, your original order total may not accurately reflect what will be billed to your credit card. In addition, please be aware that tax will also be added to the freight charges. Please provide a valid email address so that we may forward you the final amount billed upon processing your order.
ATTENTION ALASKA AND HAWAII: Shipping will be calculated by zip code.
